Vice President, Product (High-net-worth) - HSBC Life

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Product (High-net-worth).

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the High Net Worth/Legacy needs product strategy and product roadmap to deliver the Company’s growth priorities, customer outcomes and commercial objectives. Product scope includes (but is not limited to) Universal Life, Indexed linked plans, Variable Universal Life, participating and investment‑linked plans and other HNW‑focused solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development for new and enhanced product propositions, taking ownership of end‑to‑end product and proposition readiness from conceptualization to launch including necessary post‑launch oversight and support.
• Build a strong culture of product innovation through structured engagement with distribution partners and internal stakeholders to identify customer needs, validate concepts and refine propositions.
