VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION/OPERATIONS

Position Overview The VP of Operations/Construction is a senior executive responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational functions of the company. Reporting directly to the company President, this position will play a critical role in day-to-day decision-making, strategic planning, and execution across all civil construction divisions.

This position requires a hands‑on leader with deep understanding of civil construction operations, project delivery, financial performance, and business development. The VPO will mentor and develop project managers and operational leaders while acting as a high‑level liaison with private clients, municipalities, and government agencies.
