Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President, M&A and Capital Markets to join the Advisory team. This is a replacement role. You will lead and support a range of complex transactions and capital markets initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic, value‑driven outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a range of advisory (sell, buy‑side and capital‑raising) assignments concurrently, assuming responsibility for day‑to‑day execution and delivery of service on projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, both internal and external, including accountability for the operational aspects of client engagement.
