Key Responsibilities
AI Transformation & Automation (Core Mandate)
- Lead the AI transformation of the infrastructure and network security function, with a goal of achieving significant productivity gains
- Identify and automate repetitive workflows across vulnerability management, access reviews, asset management, reporting, and compliance
- Build and maintain AI agents for triage, recommendations, access certifications, and reporting
- Design AI agent architectures integrated with security platforms (e.g., Qualys, Guardicore, Axonius, PAM, Cisco Secure Access)
- Transition the team from manual operations to AI-driven engineering
- Establish validation and quality controls for AI outputs
- Track and report on automation effectiveness and productivity improvements
