Overview

A leading global investment banking platform is seeking a VP, Financial Controller / Regulatory Reporting to support the Canadian finance organization. This highly visible role will partner closely with senior leadership and oversee financial reporting, regulatory reporting, tax, treasury support, audit coordination, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and thrive in a hands-on capital markets environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and regulatory reporting activities.

• Prepare and review IFRS financial statements and regulatory filings.

• Support tax, treasury, audit, and control functions.

• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and business leaders across the organization.
