A newly created executive role reporting directly to the CEO, serving as a peer to an incoming COO. The position carries a formal CFO-Designate pathway, with transition to Chief Financial Officer expected following an initial performance period, subject to Board confirmation. This is a strategic leadership appointment, not a senior accounting function. The incoming executive will help build the financial architecture that supports the next decade of organizational growth.
