Reports to the Chief Product and Technology Officer. This executive role is accountable for the application engineering organization, including engineering standards, technical delivery, software quality, release readiness, application reliability, supportability, and modernization.

Lead an integrated Engineering organization that includes product‑aligned delivery capabilities, translating business priorities into clear roadmaps, sequenced execution plans, and measurable technology outcomes.
