We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Product Management team. This role is located in Brussels.

Regulatory Requirement

As part of our EU and Swiss digital asset custody framework, regulators (JST/NBB for EU and FINMA for Switzerland) each require that certain digital‑asset transactions and control activities be independently reviewed and approved by a designated, in‑country control function . This oversight role purpose is to ensure the local BNY legal entity has control of “outsourced” activities. This requirement is explicitly embedded in our go‑to operating model and regulatory submissions and is aligned to supervisory expectations under MiCA, the Transfer of Funds Regulation, FINMA, JST/NBB, and related EU governance and operational‑resilience standards.
