• Debt Capital Markets (DCM) is part of the Capital Markets (CM) group consists of Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Strategic Equity & Financing (SEF), Leveraged & Acquisition Finance (LAF), Corporate Risk Solutions (CRS), Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) and Issuer Services (ISV).
• The Capital Markets group is in turn, part of the broader Capital Markets & Advisory (CM&A) construct at HSBC.
• To take active responsibility for ensuring effective governance structures and processes are in place across the relevant CM products by developing a detailed understanding of critical issues across products and countries, working in partnership with support functions, chief of staff and CIB senior management and the wider group.
