The Role

The Vice President will oversee customer operations, service delivery, and frontline performance. This role will manage large service teams and operational processes. A key focus will be improving service efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. The VP will work closely with digital, CX, and operations teams. This role will also lead service transformation initiatives. Executive accountability for service outcomes is expected.

Candidate Profile
