Vice President, Client Operations- Global Collateral

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Operations to join our Global Collateral team. This role is located in Singapore.

• Act as a key operational contact for clients, supporting day-to-day Triparty collateral activity, query resolution, reporting, and issue management.
• Lead team members in providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
• Apply advanced problem‑solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information.
• Use strong communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
