The position seeks an Occupational Therapist who can implement client-centered strategies to improve independence for pediatric clients in their homes and schools. You will work with a diverse team, manage your caseload, and engage with clients and families to build trusting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess pediatric clients and provide tailored therapy interventions
• Ensure ongoing communication with the multidisciplinary care team
• Document all assessments and treatment progress thoroughly
• Utilize evidence-based practices for optimal client outcomes
• Offer virtual therapy support when needed
Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
• Registration in good standing with Ontario's OT College
