Position Overview
The Project Manager is a project delivery professional responsible for leading complex and multi-disciplinary engineering projects across GRIT Engineering. This role carries accountability for delivery performance, financial control, risk management, and client confidence.
The Project Manager is relied upon to lead work that spans Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, and Survey-supported projects, often involving multiple internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong professional judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to independently stabilize, guide, and successfully deliver projects where complexity, scale, or risk demands a high level of project management experience.
