As a VenforFlex Analytics Specialist, you will support operations to improve and monitor Customer Experience metrics for Vendor Flex sites across the EU. You will provide added‑value reports on Transportation, Inventory Quality, Concessions, and other Customer Experience (CX) KPIs at an EU level, monitor and act on CX issues impacting the network.

- Business analysis and partnership across Amazon with Supply Chain, Transportation and Ops leaders to develop new standard operating opportunities.
- Leverage ideas from Support Teams to source and nurture creative improvement plans for Flow Analytics.
