• Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties
• Prior knowledge or ability to learn medical terminology and VCA Woofware
• Exceptional client service skills
• Empathetic, nurturing, and positive attitude
• Skilled in prioritizing needs, open to change, and adaptable
• Initiative in carrying out assignments independently
• Attention to detail with above‑average time management skills
• Must be flexible and available to work shift work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will start at 6 on any given day
