THE ROLE

The Compounding Lead oversees daily veterinary compounding operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, compliance, and efficiency. This role provides technical leadership to compounding staff, supports regulatory compliance, and serves as a subject-matter expert for veterinary formulations across multiple dosage forms.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Lead and perform non-sterile and/or sterile veterinary pharmaceutical compounding (oral liquids and powders, capsules, topicals, injectables, transdermals, etc.).
• Troubleshoot compounding issues and deviations; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
