**OSM Thome**is seeking a **Vessel Manager**to join our tanker fleets based in Norway, either our Bergen or Arendal office. As a Vessel Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of technical management for the vessel under your responsibility, from engineering solutions to operational strategies, ensuring safe, efficient, crew, and cost-effective vessel operations that meet our high-performance standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all technical and financial aspects of vessel operations.
- Oversee maintenance plans and budgets, including planning for yard stays and docking.
- Ensure compliance with class and flag state requirements.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, bridging communication between vessels, management, and clients.
- Drive performance management of the top four officers on board.
