Role Overview

The Workshop Associate will perform essential maintenance, repairs, and quality oversight for heavy-duty hydroelectric equipment. You will act as a vital member of our Lier workshop team, ensuring specialized machinery and tools are serviced to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service and repair for large-scale hydropower machinery and specialized workshop tools.
• Plan tasks and manage resource requirements to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with our quality teams to implement improvements and maintain technical excellence.
• Champion a strong safety culture by serving as a resource for health, safety, and environment (HSE) training and best practices.
