Venture Lead - Workforce as a Service

At Creative Dock, we build and scale ventures that redefine industries. We are now launching a next-generation workforce platform that deploys robot workers into real production environments—on demand, scalable, and fully integrated into factory operations. We are looking for a visionary Venture Lead to lead this venture and define a completely new category: Workforce-as-a-Service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and scale a platform for deploying robot workers into industrial workflows
• Define the product across robotics, orchestration, and service layers
• Lead real-world rollouts in factories and logistics environments
• Build a team across robotics, AI, operations, and commercial
• Establish a scalable business model (subscription / usage-based)
