Venture Lead, Monetization (AI-Native)

As the Venture Lead, you will own both the business line and the product — defining how ShopBack's proprietary data becomes a category‑defining new venture. You are equal parts deal‑maker and builder — 50% commercial, 50% product. You won’t manage a roadmap; you’ll manage a P&L.

This is an independent contributor role, reporting directly to the CPO with ownership of the new venture.

What You’ll Own

• Business Development: Identify, structure, and close data licensing or data‑as‑a‑service deals with merchants, partners, and platforms. You understand how data is priced, packaged, and sold.
• Product Build: Define and ship the AI data product that the business needs — working alongside engineers to build multi‑agent systems grounded in ShopBack's first‑party behavioural and transaction data.
