Vendor Project Manager

Salt Talent search is looking for a Sourcing Manager in Singapore. This role will manage global category strategies and partner with business stakeholders to maximize value.

Required experience includes sourcing and vendor management within the services categories of Marketing, Meetings & Events, Workplace, and Real Estate. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, research skills to analyze market conditions and trends, and strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.

What Will You Do

• Identify key benchmark suppliers.
• Manage tender evaluations.
• Develop negotiation approaches, fallback positions, and acceptable terms and conditions through to closure.
• Identify and manage violations and exceptions to existing supplier contracts.
