Vendor Portal Relations & Operations Specialist

SM Retail in Pasay, Metro Manila is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Vendor Portal. You will ensure that vendors have seamless access to the application, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements for operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or IT, at least 2 years of vendor management experience, and knowledge of Vendor Relations Portals/systems. This role requires strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
