Vendor Manager, Platform Technology

Job Description

-Manage end-to-end relationships with technology vendors whose products and services form the foundational building blocks of the organisation's internally-built platform, which is productised and offered as-a-Service to customers.
-Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architect and key technology vendors to co-develop and incubate new service offerings that can be built on top of the organisation's existing managed services portfolio — translating vendor technology capabilities into differentiated, market-ready services.
-Engage vendors as strategic innovation partners to identify emerging technology capabilities (e.g., AI-driven operations, SASE, network analytics, automated remediation) that can be integrated into the managed services stack and brought to market as new revenue-generating offerings.
