As a Vendor Manager at ICON, you will support the Clinical Study Team to ensure quality and integrity of processes and data from external vendors. You will lead study-level vendor setup and readiness for assigned categories, aligning vendor deliverables with study timelines. You’ll translate protocol requirements into vendor-facing specifications and drive improvements to tools and processes governing the study–vendor interface. This role offers the chance to shape vendor strategies across CROs, labs, imaging, and eCOA providers while maintaining rigorous documentation and compliance.
