Role Overview
We’re seeking a Vendor Coordinator. The Vendor Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Strategic Procurement, will identify, evaluate, and onboard top integral suppliers to enhance our localisation services for an expanding client base.
Location
Ideally candidates based in Spain, Italy, Poland or the UK.
Responsibilities
- Leading the search, selection and recruitment of new vendors (freelance and agency) both in the UK and abroad.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors through regular contact.
- Organising vendor testing, test evaluation (linguistic and technical) and ensuring feedback is provided in a timely manner.
- Collecting and negotiating rates – rate cards or project‑specific quotes – and maintaining clear records of these rates.
