Job Description
Vendor Assistant Manager supports in handling suppliers, contractors and service partners critical to telecom operations such as network equipment providers, fiber contractors, tower vendors and maintenance partners.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing vendors involved network roll out, fiber installations, cell site builds maintenance and equipment supply.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding materials delivery, site updates, technical requirements and project schedules
- Help Review and validate vendor documentation such as BOQs, as built plans, work orders, job orders and project reports.
- Support in negotiating pricing, contract terms and service level agreements
- Ensure all vendors follow telecom standards on quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
