HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire an engineering-focused Vehicle Technician, Level 3 to support the readiness, maintenance, and repair of fleet vehicles and lab operations.
In this role, you’ll serve as a senior technical resource responsible for complex diagnostics, repair execution, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, communication, and high-voltage vehicle systems. You’ll partner closely with technicians, engineers, and operations teams to improve repair quality, streamline workflows, and maintain high fleet readiness standards.
The ideal candidate is highly hands‑on, technically advanced, safety-focused, and comfortable leading complex troubleshooting and mentoring junior technicians in fast‑paced operational environments.
