Overview
A Vehicle Maintenance Admin provides administrative support related to vehicle maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate inspections and internal maintenance activities for company vehicles (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations).
- Coordinate with external service providers, mechanics, and suppliers.
- Manage and track vehicle service records and maintenance history.
- Manage preventive maintenance budgets and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and condition.
- Order parts and supplies as needed.
- Assist with insurance claims or vehicle-related incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics).
