Vehicle Dispatcher
A client, a car rental company in Talayan, Quezon City is urgently hiring for a VEHICLE DISPATCHER with the following qualifications:
- With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
- Must have a valid driver's license - minimum restriction codes B, B1/B2
- Willing to work on-site in Talayan, Quezon City from Mondays to Saturdays or as required by the company
Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in assigning and dispatching rental vehicles based on confirmed bookings, availability, and customer requirements
- Monitor vehicle status (available, rented, under maintenance, or cleaning) and update dispatch logs accurately
- Communicate closely with drivers, branch staff, maintenance, and cleaning teams to ensure on-time vehicle readiness
