Job Description
- Build and maintain CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) presentations for Veeva CRM.
- Develop and deploy Approved Emails using Veeva Approved Email and Engage functionalities.
- Create and configure digital assets Veeva CLM presentations, Approved Email and Fragments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve rendering or functionality issues in Veeva presentations and emails.
- Familiarity within Veeva CRM and Salesforce.
- Configure and manage content components, shared resources, and document relationships.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure proper deployment in production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and user experience within Veeva CRM.
