Vdc Specialist - Bim Coordinator (León)

Responsibilities
Under minimal direction of the Manager, this Senior VDC Specialist is a self‐starter responsible for the front‐end set up of projects and management of the delivery of project deliverables.
Define and document standards, implement client standards and set processes and workflows for the project team to use.
Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and recommend best practices for a client CDE.
Work with the Project Management team to facilitate:
Develop a technology execution strategy as it relates to project proposals and staffing estimates.
Author, implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BxP).
Develop BIM documentation and enforce workflow process standards.
Ensure proper closeout of the project.
Facilitate BIM meetings and training.
Maintain relations with Client/AE/Trade/GC partners.
Manage CDE configuration for projects and permissions for related design software.
