We are hiring an Insurance & Risk Management Administrator in Vaughan, ON, to support our administrative operations. This role is perfect for those with a passion for compliance and organization.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will provide essential administrative support to track and manage tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance. With 2-4 years of experience, your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of Yardi and SharePoint will be key in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily administrative functions for Insurance & Risk Management
• Review and collect Certificates of Insurance for compliance
• Maintain accurate tenant/vendor information in Yardi
• Manage files and documentation in SharePoint
• Communicate effectively to resolve insurance documentation discrepancies
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of administrative experience in relevant fields
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
