JOB PURPOSE
To improve the numeric and weighted distribution of each brand/sku in the traditional trade (groceries/tea shops), through Van sales, whereby orders and deliveries are generated and executed at the same time. In this channel, the salesman also functions as the driver, deliveryman and merchandiser.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Graduate or undergraduate
- Minimum 1 years of local UAE experience in Van sales (without helper),
- Familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade.
- Good communication skills
- UAE driving license (only manual licence)
- Open to be relocated within UAE
- Quick learner withstrong perseverance skills.
- Good eye for opportunities (new space/listings etc)
- Efficient, Result-Oriented with good Problem Solving skills
- Dynamic & Energetic team player with an open, positive & curious mind
- Very communicative, convincing and expressive.
