This senior individual‑contributor role is responsible for architecting enterprise culture transformation and activating it through targeted, high‑impact talent solutions. It bridges strategy and execution—translating Micron’s Vision, Mission, and Values into lived behaviors through a combination of enterprise‑level design and localized, on‑the‑ground interventions.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Learning & Culture Transformation, this role serves as a culture architect and activation leader, ensuring that transformation toward agility and AI readiness is both strategically sound and tangibly experienced across regions, teams, and leaders.
