Value stream management is a set of practices that improve the way teams deliver high-quality customer experiences. VSM focuses on how quickly customer-requested features or updates are delivered and whether the customer realizes the value from those changes. Implement project plans and schedules, ensure product costs are understood across the value stream and are achieved. Implement process improvements through the development and execution of a comprehensive improvement plan. Lead Kaizen events and teams to make the company more competitive and more profitable. Responsible for all cost, schedule, and quality issues related to the complete value stream, inclusive of material, ensuring delivered products meet specified standards.
