Value Stream Manager (Ensenada)

• Lead the cross functional team to identify and focus on the critical few to drive success for our customers.
• Hire and assess performance of new hires and ensure proper operator training is administered.
• Supervise direct labor associates in a multiple shift manufacturing environment.
• Hold associates accountable to the work rules and policies, while also providing feedback to the associates.
• Instill sense of urgency with the team around meeting SQDC expectations.
• In conjunction with Portescap West Chester site, execute on daily, weekly, and monthly build plans to meet or exceed on-time delivery and past due expectations.
• Evaluate demand, production plans, and resource plans to determine if countermeasures (overtime, staff re‑deployment) will be required to meet customer request dates.
