• Execute production plan.
• Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.).
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
• Monitor production to resolve issues.
• Monitor competences for his/her team and develops its autonomy (training plan building, follow-up & training actions implementation).
• Ensure working standards are respected during the operations (safety, work instructions, quality, and respect of the product).
• Establish a robust lean manufacturing program (5S, Kanban, Standard Work, SMED, tier meetings, Kaizen/Blitz, RCCA, etc.).
• Develop KPI dashboard for daily meetings.
