Value Optimization & Financial Management Target Tracking: Identify, benchmark, budget, and track cost reduction activities and projects to meet technical cost reduction targets. Budgeting & Tools Management: Provide Metafunction budget needs to PC&CO for Global Finance (COO) approval requests. Manage, support, and optimize all regional tools for Metafunction VO activities (eVOS, MCM, etc.). Reporting: Present regional results overviews and detailed splits by each subsystem; manage VO KPIs using Status vs. Target charts. Compliance: Guarantee strict conformity to Internal Control System rules. Benchmarking & Idea Generation Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support Metafunction Teams on Design to Cost (Upfront development) and System/Components Benchmarking.
