Value Modeling and Strategic Projects Coordinator (Bogotá)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support value modeling initiatives, such as integrated health models and Managed Entry Agreements, across the organization.
• Design, implement and monitor Managed Entry Agreements that respond to customer needs, including outcome-based, risk-sharing, and financial-based agreements.
• Collaborate and engage with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to ensure a successful implementation and follow‑up of integrated health models.
• Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools by monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or roadblocks, and proposing solutions to ensure timely completion.
• Collect and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision‑making.
