Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out detailed business valuations and due diligence tasks
• Engage in client discussions and meetings
• Analyze cash flow risks using SWOT methodology
• Develop financial modeling relevant to valuations
• Draft comprehensive valuation reports for management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
• CPA or near completion; commitment to future qualifications
