Role Overview
Lunate is seeking a dynamic individual to bolster the Valuations Team, providing comprehensive assistance in Investment Portfolio Valuations, conducting Valuation Reviews, and adeptly managing the needs of both Internal and External stakeholders regarding Valuations. The focus of this role lies in conducting Valuations and Valuation Reviews and reporting exclusively for Financial and Investor Reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and transparency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in development of financial models to conduct comprehensive valuations of investment stakes, encompassing equity, debt, SAFE, convertibles, and other instruments within privately owned companies.
- Assist in the quarterly valuation procedures, offering insightful analysis to proactively identify significant valuation fluctuations and their underlying drivers.
