Key Responsibilities:
• Support institutional clients' commercial real estate portfolios
• Develop cash flow projections using industry-standard tools
• Prepare portions of appraisal reports based on market data
• Conduct thorough market research for rent rates and transactions
• Perform inspections as a Candidate of the Appraisal Institute
Requirements:
• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate
