The Valet Driver is responsible for delivering a seamless and luxurious arrival and departure experience for guests by safely parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure in line with Mandarin Oriental service standards
- Assist guests with opening vehicle doors, luggage handling, and providing directions or assistance as required
- Maintain a courteous, polished, and anticipatory approach to guest service at all times
