Job Description

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Safely provide immunization to infants, children, andadults accordingto formal protocols and schedule
• Make sure the availability of adequate quantities of vaccines through record keeping and timely submission of request
• Maintain the cold chain for the vaccines
• He/She will be responsible formonitoringthe quantity and expiry datesofall vaccines
• Inform the Supervisor to reorder the vaccine supplies at least 02 weeks in advance
• He/She will be responsible to prepare microplans in coordination with District EPI and District Coordinator
• He will be responsible for pick and drop of vaccines from and to the designated health facilities on daily basis
