Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Vac Truck operator to join our team, doing fiber optic projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily checks of the equipment and follow company policies. Please note this job is in Alberta working a 28 day on 10 day off rotation.

Duties

• Operate vac truck at multiple locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on the truck as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Day light utilities on fiber optic projects, gas and underground power.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism.

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
