VA Junior Operations Controller

Overview

In this role, you will consolidate and compile data for VitalAire’s monthly Flash, quarterly Variance, and quarterly Efficiency reporting, facilitate the annual target-setting and monthly rolling forecast processes across various business entities, and assist in the compilation and control of internal investment decisions. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure data reliability, streamline reporting interfaces, analyze actual‑vs‑target performance metrics, validate reported data through ERP systems, provide supplementary data (headcount, margin by product and by therapy, etc.), report sales data including variance analysis and sales flash reporting, perform regular cost stack and major cost and expense analysis, prepare board presentations, and participate in investment tracking and monthly P&L review meetings.
