V93K Test Program Lead — End-to-End Test Owner

ThunderSoft is seeking an experienced Test Engineer (Test program owner) in Singapore. This role involves hands-on ATE testing and securing test program validation and production release across silicon lifecycle milestones.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with Advantest V93K testers and a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. You will be responsible for ensuring test program quality and working closely with cross-functional teams.
