On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a UX Writer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
UX Writer - Job Description:
The project involves content design for two applications within small banking and one wealth management platform. The role requires creating, evaluating, and modifying language used in tools, apps, prototypes, and websites to enhance user experience.
UX Writer - Responsibilities:
- Create and execute cross‑channel content experiences.
- Apply user‑centered design methodologies.
- Collaborate with Experience Design Leads, Product Owners, and engineers.
- Manage stakeholder communication and legal reviews.
- Conduct ideation sessions and develop concepts.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
UX Writer - Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with Figma.
