UX UI Designer – Tropicfeel
At Tropicfeel we design solutions for a new era of exploration. We are looking for an UX UI Designer who will ensure our web experience is seamless, conversion‑optimized, and aligned with the brand's identity – merging design excellence with data‑driven experimentation to continuously elevate the digital journey.
Your role
As a hybrid and high‑impact designer, you will focus on three core pillars:
- UX/UI Design : Lead the design strategy and optimisation of all web touchpoints to ensure innovation, scalability, and top‑tier visual standards.
- CRO Specialist Leadership : Drive the experimentation strategy through continuous monitoring, structural enhancements, and A/B testing across high‑traffic pages.
- Web Content & QA Management : Translate commercial campaign directions into flawless web assets while ensuring optimal performance and content accuracy.
