The Opportunity
We are looking for a UX/UI Specialist - Salesforce Transformation to join one of our delivery teams and contribute to a large-scale CRM transformation initiative. In this role, you will help improve user experience, simplify access to business data, and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions within a complex and highly regulated environment. What You'll Do
Partner with the Product Owner to define and evolve user‑centric Salesforce solutions. Design functional mockups and contribute to proof‑of‑concept development in non‑production environments. Support the deployment of solutions through established Agile delivery processes. Improve user interfaces and optimize end‑to‑end user journeys within Salesforce.
